Physical Description

Base is faceted (three layers) and then there is a main rim. The plate has two levels curving inwards. Inside of the plate is flat. Outside of the plate is unglazed high fired stoneware. Two thirds of the inside is a very thick pale blue celadon. The other section is a red saturated iron with two lines of darker brown. Off the centre is a dot of gold lustre.
