Physical Description

Conical shaped cup with a flat base, with a bevelled edge. Very fine, uneven rim. Slender, sharp edged handle attached below the glaze line and attached again just above the base. Potter's stamp to the left of the handle. Glaze line above the handle, rest of the pot is unglazed. Glaze is dark green/brown Tenmoku. Iron in the glaze has stained the body red. Inside glaze is a dirty, matt brown.
