Physical Description

Jambiya or Arab knife. Broad, curved, double-edged steel blade, large central rib. Blade almost straight, then curves sharply to tip. Undecorated. Unguarded hilt, brass and green/black horn (?) riveted to tang. Brass band latitudinally at blade end and middle grip (decorated punched dots). Two large rivets, decorated floral design on horn side and atop rounded, egg-shaped pommel. Hilt decorated riveted dots horn side. Scabbard worn crimson/brown velvet. Broken leather belt mount.
