Physical Description

Piso Podang'. Long, curved blade, single-edged, double-edged near point. Thin, very weathered decorated inscriptions or lettering carved one side near hilt. Short, tapered square-ended languet, short cross-guard, wide, triangular ends. Oval grip, cup-shaped, large pommel, projection in centre to level of top. Very worn. Curved brown wooden scabbard, in two pieces, bound four thin straps, distinctive widening at tip, square-ended
