Physical Description

Ivory figure of a bearded man in a long hooded robe and gown decorated with cloud designs, peony blooms and geometric and other designs. He holds in his left hand a dragon-headed staff with tassels descending from dragon's head. Ivory is somewhat yellowed on the back. The figure has been mounted on a wooden stand by boring two holes in the base and gluing threaded copper rods in.
