Physical Description

1822 pattern Light Cavalry Sabre modified in 1855 for artillery. Blade single edged with 62.5 cm single fuller, slight curve to tip. Hilt of steel with steel backpiece. Guard with single downturned quillon; scabbard of pressed steel with brass mouth-piece.
