Jug, F75.120

Circular jug decorated in "Wedgewood" style, with a blue ground and white relief style decoration. The jug depicts a rural scene of people working the land and animals including dogs and horses. The rim of the mouth is decorated with an irregular border of grapes and vine leaves. The handle of the jug resembles a rope. The spout of the jug is small and the overall shape is larger at the base which tapers inwards.
