Jug, F73.2

Jug with a flat bottom with a rounded base. Mid-section is defined with inscribed horizontal lines. Inside this section is a series of erratic vertical lines. Very thick handle joined at the top vertical line and ending at the bottom vertical lines. Base of the handle has a rounded imprint. Potters stamp on the base. Matt cream/fawn glaze inside and out. Vertical and horizontal incised lines are brown. Darker areas of brown on the handle and the top section. Inside glaze has darker areas of brown.
