Physical Description

Large globular vase with flat base. Flares outward from the base and gradually curves into a short neck with blunt rim. Has predominate throwing rings around the circumference. Has four points on the base where the pot has been supported in firing. Potter stamp on the base wall. Salt glaze covering the total pot. Inside is a matt, light orange glaze. On the outside is a rusty red glaze, with specks of white coming through. The neck is white. Has a metallic dark grey glaze. The base is also glazed - orange and white.
