Physical Description

Black earthenware whistling stirrup pot. The body in the form of a crescent, reed boat or a bird. The whistle aperture is located at the end of one knob. From the 'deck' of the boat rises the stirrup with incised geometric designs and a tubular shaped spout above. The pot rests upon a sub-conical shaped foot.
