Physical Description
Wood netsuke. In form of dancing senin (sage) holding a staff. Right foot off the ground. Staff rests against head, held in left hand at chin level and right hand at abdomen, the base rests against the inside of the left foot. Emaciated figure - rib cage depicted. Band of leaves across waist and shoulders. Perforated across lower back. Unsigned.
