Physical Description

Background vermillion colour, outside edge of bowls painted with line of gold. High, circular foot. Lid sits inside bowl. Handle formed by raised, slightly flared circle in centre. Each lid has a painted decoration on one side showing two cranes - a gold in front of a grey - with a gold pine tree branch in the background. Outside edge of lid also painted with a line of gold.
