Scroll. Brown surround; central rectangular panel has calligraphic inscription above image of seated Tokogawa clan figure (male). Flat board attached at upper edge for suspension. Some white lines over brown background. Small strips of patterning at top and bottom of middle, white panel. Clan symbols?
