Certificate. Rectangular cream coloured paper certificate. Black calligraphic inscription. Central panel shades from pale peach to yellow, top to bottom. Centre top shows gold and red flocked standard with pale peach, gold, and red flocked stylised flowers and ribbon. Lower right and left corners have mirror image yellow and red flocked floral motifs. Between lower edge band shows rockets, ship, satellite dish, buildings, etc in brown, yellow, gold.
Pencil note on back provides translation "Spreading to the farthest corner 1st Prize. 1982 March Trade Exhibition of Transport and Communication. Achievement beneficial to mankind."
