Certificate. Rectangular cream coloured paper certificate. Calligraphic inscription in black. Central lower block shades light to dark, top to bottom. Centre top has gold and orange shield centred on over lapping red flocked banner motifs. Lower edge has band of stylized orange gold and flocked red flower and leaf patterning. Printed orange designs of agricultural machinery, towers, train and pylon on left side, and rocket, tower and satellite dish on right side.
Pencil note on back reads "First prize. 1981... For work result, high standard, with glorious achievement, and a shining example to be emulated and encouraged."
