A rotating metal cylinder on the end of a wooden handle. A chain with weight is attached to the side of the cylinder so that when Mani Kor-lo is twirled in hand the cylinder spins. Metal lid slots onto the end of the cylinder. Brass knob slots onto end of a spike on the end of this cylinder. Cylinder contains paper with words (presumably prayers) and cloth wadding. There is a bone washer between handle (which has a long spike on it) and the cylinder which slots onto and rotates on this spike.
