Physical Description
Circular dish, light blue enamel on metal base. Surface shows pink, red and white flowers, with green stems. Around the edge are half circles in a design. Underside is dark blue and has scale-like design, that radiated out from the centre of the base. Random patterning in centre of dish, inside small foot.
