Bowenite/pounamu, tangiwai variety. Koropepe style pounamu pendant. Style is traditional Maori but finish & detail of cutting appears to be modern. High transparency and appearance is of green glass.The image is carved on both sides however appears unfinished. Incised eye (round), Perforation for mouth, Perforated along spiraling body drilled from both sides.
