Physical Description
Jambiya'. Curved, ribbed steel blade, straight for 1/2 length then curves and tapers to point. Plain. Hilt silver and bone or horn, brown. Unguarded, decorated chiselled silver, floral designs, two large silver rivets, many small rivets or dots. Narrow grip, widened pommel. Plain brass back piece. Scabbard ornate silver decoration curves 90º to silver chape. Leather one side. Elaborate belt, rings, silver braid mount, scabbard to wide leather belt, small brass buckle.
