Physical Description
Canoe shaped medium sized box with flattish lid. Lid has large double spiral in centre. Pairs of sections at each end filled with diagonal strap motif decoration. The sections each side of the central double spiral are filled with strap motif running across the lid. The lid decoration is repeated on each side of the body of the box. On each end there are female figures with their bodies in high relief on box and heads forming knobs. Faces have red wax eyes.
