Physical Description

Small knife. Short, broad, single-edged rough iron blade, wedge-section, slightly curved, wide back. Decorated panel near back; set of four elongated flower and petals, vase-shaped in silver. Back decorated 2/3 length geometric 16 diamond flower shapes. Panel next edge embossed silver asymmetrical large scroll shaped floral/petal design. Brass hilt extends into blade, fretted and engraved scrolled floral. Curved dark brown horn grip, carved floral palmette spreading to sides; two intricate silver rivets; scrolled silver pommel caps; wood topped by round knob. Wooden scabbard, fluted, long silver collar, half length, embossed fluting. Tip carved rounded head--shaped mouth, notched body.
