Southern emu wren, Stipiturus malachurus, AV1933

Physical Description

Bird mounted in a standing position on a perch, with its wings folded back against its body. Body is leaning forward and chin is tilted so that beak is pointing upwards. Tail is raised, and is fanned. Only three long tail feathers are present.
