Physical Description

Flamboyant looking bird with modified wing feathers. Mounted in a lowered standing position on a perch. Its wings are loosely barbed feathers and are held back and out from body as though the bird is displaying. Body is leaning forward so that it is tilted with head down, beak pointing up and tail held up. Has two single-thread tail feathers that stick out past its tail then curve down.
