White dove mounted in a flying position. Originally part of a series of specimens each showing a different part of the wing's movement in flight. This specimen has both wings outstretched and pointing forwards, with leading edge parallel with the sides of the body. Tail is fanned and held in an arched position so that there is a shallow ridge along its middle.
